BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Card on File • A valid card on file is required for all clients, new and returning. • Cards are only charged if cancellation or no-show policies are not honored. ⸻ Deposits (New Clients Only) • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all first-time appointments. • Deposits go toward the total cost of the service on the day of the appointment. • If a new client reschedules, a new deposit is required to hold the new date and will go toward the service. • If a new client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and the cancellation fee will apply. ⸻ Cancellations & Fees • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. For new clients, the deposit will be applied toward this total and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service for all clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. • Appointments delayed more than 15 minutes may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply. ⸻ Redo Policy • Redos must be requested within 14 days of the original appointment. • Redos do not include a change of mind or inspiration photos. • Requests outside this window will be considered a new, paid service.
