Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (no call, no message) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Fees are only charged if these terms are not honored.
